Serge Brunoni was born in Lorraine, region in north-eastern France,in 1938. Following military service he immigrated to Canada in 1963 and settled in Trois-Rivières. Always interested in painting, this self-taught artist participated in several group exhibitions and held his first solo exhibition in 1976. His artistic inspiration is derived from the countryside which he portrays with warmth and sincerity. Brunoni's paintings can be found in many private and corporate collection in Canada.
